MetaPhase / DOE/NNSA Office of the CIO
Program Management Analyst
Alongside the NNSA, I established and operationalized the first NNSA OCIO Program Management Center of Excellence, adapting the original proposal into a smaller capability focused on shared tools, standards, documentation, and program management guidance.
I also delivered a five-dashboard reporting portfolio by building three products, directing one, and serving as senior advisor to one. My current work includes the Program Change Management Process and the delivery of federal technology programs, including requirements, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing operations.
Disney
Chief of Staff, Information Security Office
At Disney, I coordinated a global cybersecurity portfolio covering more than 15 initiatives. Stronger risk, dependency, and action management reduced program delays by 30% within six months.
I also produced more than 20 executive briefings and dashboards that improved cybersecurity leadership decision speed by 20% in 2024.
CISA
Deputy Chief of Staff for International Operations
At the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), I supervised 18 direct reports, including three Team Leads, and was responsible for performance, development, hiring, and succession within company and contract boundaries.
I also overhauled office tasking and reporting, reducing response times by 20% and reporting errors by 25%.
